Life on Life Groups
Life on Life Groups are the heartbeat of our church. Meeting every other week, these small groups—ranging from 4 to 10 people—gather to read, study, and discuss Scripture together. It’s a chance to grow deeper in the Lord and encourage one another to live lives marked by truth, goodness, and beauty.
This fall, we’re excited to offer eight Life on Life Groups—double the number from the spring semester—covering a variety of topics, including:
Follow-up groups continuing the discussion and journey through the Book of Judges sermon series
A study for married AND single people of The Meaning of Marriage by Tim and Kathy Keller
A book discussion on learning to love art by way of Russ Ramsey’s Rembrandt Is in the Wind
A weekly Saturday morning trail walk/talk on Christian manhood and Michael Foster’s It’s Good to Be a Man
Space is limited. Sign up on Church Center (you will be required to create a free account if new to Exodus).
At Exodus, living life together goes beyond Sunday mornings and formal study groups. Our men enjoy monthly breakfasts and occasional work projects that build both camaraderie and service. Our women come together quarterly for dinners and special celebrations, deepening friendships across generations.
When summer rolls around, you’ll find us gathering each week for relaxed evening potlucks—good food, good company, and plenty of laughter. And throughout the year, informal coffees and conversations happen all over town, as members connect with one another.
Beyond these gatherings, many in our church family participate in prayer meetings, evangelism and discipleship trainings, and our popular 5th Sunday fellowships. On those Sundays, we pause Sunday School to come together and pray for 30 minutes before sharing a light breakfast of pastries and bacon—a simple but cherished time to catch up and prepare our hearts for worship.
